Dan Heath For a novel - Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton. I read it every couple of years and it captures me every time. The mix of wonder, technology, suspense. I'm not sure if it's my favourite but it's certainly one of the most dependable books that I come back to.

🍵 Neo Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman, more specifically the tenth anniversary edition. Great insight into emotions. Also see Flow by Mihaly Csikzentmihalyi. There are many points in the book that piqued my interest about happiness and focus.

Chetan Vashisht I'm currently reading Rationality: From AI To Zombies by Eliezer Yudkowsky. It's a difficult book to read, but revels a lot about who we are as humans, how we function and cognitive biases. PS: It's a massive book and it's free!
