If they want corporations and governments to adopt Windows 10, they have to fix the privacy issues.

From what I understand, if you have the Enterprise version, you can turn all of that stuff off. Otherwise if it was a big corporation or government, I'm sure they have the resources to heavily modify what the OS does, or have their servers prevent that kind of outbound traffic.
