🗿 Simohamed And it makes it impossible to invite (mention) people in after the fact or provide extra context to your original post. I don't dig it all that much.

🤖 Razi Instead of trying to change a system that you're new to, think of how to participate within its constraints. For example, create new posts with a mention and a link to your previous post. Or start a new post, and link it as a reply.

🤔 David Establishing some meta conventions like these suggestions would be useful. Perhaps if someone develops a bookmarking extension for the site used to organize conversations by topic or keyword then it would helpful to link to old content easily

🗿 Simohamed I see your point. Perhaps a pattern will emerge eventually. But, without direct messaging, I gave up earlier on mentioning two people in threads just because I couldn't. Links make it hard to illustrate which reply am I referring to as it's hard to spot.
