I finally got a mechanical keyboard. Now I have to retrain myself to type properly so I can increase speed without mistakes and without looking at the keyboard.

What kind is it?

Filco Majestouch Convertible 2 Mechanical Keyboard (Red Cherry MX), and I installed Cherry MX Rubber O-Ring Switch Dampeners 40A Hardness on all of the keys. It's a nice wireless Bluetooth keyboard that can switch between 4 devices or optional USB. It runs on 2 AA batteries for about 6 months supposedly.

I played with a Lenovo Yoga Book in the store. I typed on its glass keyboard and didn't made many mistakes. Actually, I felt no difference from a regular keyboard. Muscle memory isn't related to the key feel.

Same here. In fact I was disgusted. Entire display row of ten or more laptops including yoga book. Prices of these laptops combined does not equal what I payed for MacBook Pro. :( honestly Apple has it coming as lately color me not impressed in almost all regards including software and design.

I actually have a Lenovo Yoga Book! That's also why I want to improve my typing skill - so I can use it more effectively. I'm kind of disappointed that Lenovo seems to be abandoning that line though. That's the future of computers/mobiles in my opinion.

Never heard of such a thing? It's only in every other sci-fi movie and tv show :-)

I feel very foolish now. Yesterday I was imagining a proper keyboard with glass rather than plastic keys. Almost like those glass chess sets you get.

Lol, that would be something though! When I was researching keyboards and keycaps, I discovered that people were making designer keycaps for $30 a piece and doing Kickstarters and such for them. Perhaps if one was feeling entrepreneurial, they could make glass keycaps and charge the same. I don't think I saw any glass keycaps, and one could make some really nice ones I'd imagine.

It was pretty nice to me, unlike what online reviewers tell you. The entire surface vibrates for each key press. The lightning for key shapes is consistent, not so much on a regular laptop.
