Mark Dain Yosemite: #14990 El Capitan: #18480 Worth pointing out I get no issues at all on Mavericks; it's not a hardware issue. Although a clean reinstall with the latest version of El Capitan (10.11.3) has been very positive. I can't see myself upgrading though. Same story for iOS 9; I finally got it to be stable and now I'm ignoring the badge over settings urging me to upgrade. To take away from this; never ever install the first version of Apple software. Always wait a few builds in. OS X 10.11.3 is fine, iOS 9.2 is fine, so on... OS X 10.11.0/1 had daily kernel panics. iOS 9.0/1 couldn't receive calls or activate iMessage >:(

Seth Kontny very informative, i should thank you. I usually would agree, and i prefer not to table in dabling with software to make it operational on builds like el captain. Also i can get past iCloud, and error 54/3 however downgrading from present beta to jailbreak is another story..
