Mark Dain On iOS it updated a few days ago, probably almost right after he uploaded it. For my Safari favourites I just opened up the save panel so it refreshed the touch icon. As for Firefox bookmarks? I had to delete it, clear cache, go to the favicon directly, force refresh a few times till it displayed it, then it would add with the new icon. It's a bit of a hassle, not sure what you'd need to do on Android
