There's one UI change: text input appears as disabled when you can't reply. I tried to design a better interface, but this might just be the best version yet.

Did you just swap the logo colours around as well, or did that change before?

Yes, I change it to the white version. People seems to appreciate it more. It should reflect on your homescreen icon too.

I renamed the icon file. This should trigger the update. Or you can try the old school reload: delete, clear cache, add it again. (cc: @ancarda) (ps: I really need an Android smartphone for testing).

On iOS it updated a few days ago, probably almost right after he uploaded it. For my Safari favourites I just opened up the save panel so it refreshed the touch icon. As for Firefox bookmarks? I had to delete it, clear cache, go to the favicon directly, force refresh a few times till it displayed it, then it would add with the new icon. It's a bit of a hassle, not sure what you'd need to do on Android
