There's no link, just a friendly text appears on your own replies to share it somewhere else (only if you want). Maybe I should replace the word "networks" with something else.

HTML is the API and open to all web crawlers. Each page is a stream of replies including UTC timestamp. You can convert it to JSON, RSS, XML, etc. That being said, the message was just a Las Vegas reference. :)
