Used the bad weather to go through my CD collection and throw out ones that didn't work anymore or that I didn't need. Windows 98 and 2000, Office 2000, Encarta 2003, Visual Studio 6, then a compilation with all sorts of programs like Winamp3, WinZip, Opera 7, pre-1.0 Firefox, a bunch of DivX codecs and old games... It's a trip down the memory lane, but also a realization--ever since we had DSL installed in our home, the only software that we burned onto discs were Linux distributions. It is simply easier and faster to just download software on the go than to store it and look it up later.
