Eric Material Design is really nice on the Nexus 5, I'll take back my blanket statement of disliking it completely. I'm still uncertain about having it on the desktop interface though.

Martijn That floating button thing is ESPECIALLY bad on desktop. My hands are not around my computer screen, so why is there a button floating in the right-bottom corner of the Google Contacts website!?
