iPhone 6a plus 9.0.2 jail broken. I enabled passcode lock (stock feature). I forgot my pin, I entered the wrong pin enough times that my iPhone now says "iPhone disabled connect to iTunes" What options do I have considering its jail broken. If I connect to iTunes, and needs restore. Will I loose firmware 9.0.2. ? Not happy about this. Please help. Also only reason this occurred is I added finger print Touch ID. Which sense iPhone restarted it asked for a pin and not allowing finger print by default. Forgot about that. So I tried to enter pin until disabled.

According to Apple's documentation, iTunes will install the latest firmware during the recovery process which means no jailbreak. I do have a possible solution for you. You might be able to force reinstall with 9.1 instead which would let you jailbreak again ( youtube.com/watch?... ). You can download the firmware here: felixbruns.de/iPod... and then Shift-click (Windows), Option-click (Mac) on the Restore button on iTunes. Then select the IPSW file. I cannot guarantee this will work you may lose your files, but this is your best shot IMO. Backup your device first! Good luck! Keep us posted!

Is there a way of rebooting or waiting an amount of time to let you try the PIN again? Otherwise, you may have to lose your data here because unless you have SSH access (somewhat common for jailbroken iPhones) you aren't getting your files back. Do you have iCloud backups? Or data on iCloud?

Yes Icloud backups and other imaging backups on my computer. Ssh is installed via cydia.

You can restore from an iCloud Backup during the install screen so you could recover some of your data that way. Try an SSH in (root:alpine) and download everything. I can't remember off hand where data is kept and some may be unreadable due to the Secure Enclave, but you should at any rate be able to download your photos. Honestly, try the restore with 9.1, then try an iCloud restore. If that doesn't work, I'm out of ideas and I think you'll have to lose your data until you can / if you can do a restore from the iTunes backup.
