🏒 Lucian Marin It seems I have to upgrade Sublevel from Ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04 to gain support for HTTP/2. HTTP/2 doesn't work because the current Nginx builds for 14.04 are compiled with OpenSSL 1.0.1 instead of 1.0.2. OpenSSL 1.0.1 doesn't come with ALPN support. Browsers that can't detect ALPN support don't use HTTP/2.

🏒 Lucian Marin Only FreeBSD 10.1 and 10.2 are supported by DigitalOcean. The only up to date OS supported is Ubuntu.
Adam Douglas I serve my site over HTTP/2 with nginx on FreeBSD using nginx-devel from ports. Or you mean it's bad because the OS is not up-to-date in general?
