Eric New motherboard arrives, install it only to realise it uses that funny short kind of RAM (name escapes me) rather than standard long ones. Another day to postpone the build. All I want to do is put a WebSDR online in Brighton!

Mark Dain Oh I had something similar-ish. My PC at work had 2 GB RAM and I incorrectly misread it as DDR 3 and got my boss to buy a 4GB module only to find out a few pins were off because it's DDR 2. Urgh. I felt so stupid.
