Martijn My brother's phone gave out, wiping his 2FA generator out of existence. And yet I see him slowly get access to places he had 2FA set-up at. Basically proving that 2FA is still a scam.

Martijn Why though? If those same service's will just give you access again on a phone death. As my brother is proving... (Of course, in the ideal world, recovery codes and/or seed back-ups should be the only way.)
