You can outspend Sevilla, Brugge, Napoli, Fiorentina, Kiev, Zenit and Wolfsburg. You cannot outspend City, Chelsea, United and Arsenal. If you can't beat Brugge and co. you won't beat Chelsea and Arsenal and the Champions League is just not for you.
