🏒 Lucian Marin Everyone says to take Q10, ALA, Glutathione, vitamins and minerals for FQT. The problem is that first ones are produced by the body and the second ones are coming from food. In the end, I'm back to natural antioxidants like Resveratrol, Curcumin, Quercetin to reduce oxidative stress. MTHFR is a nice finding, but not that important. I can add MSM to help with methylation and arthritis.
