People who die of old age are actually dieing because their give up on them. Even in healthy cells can behave badly because mitochondria don't work properly. There are medicine like antibiotics, NSAIDs, steroids, statins that actually destroy mitochondria and should be avoided as much as possible.

Carnivore diet

I experimented with different diets over the years. I got sick when I avoided any kind of meat for two years. Now I switched to mostly meat because it contains all the nutrients that power mitochondria from carnite to iron. Iron deficiency is something not to mess with.

Endurance walking

Bucharest is a really big city. In a big city you can walk all day long without going in the same place twice. This is what I do. The longest distance in a day was 62.5 km. Now I can average 1/2 or 1/3 of that maximum in good weather.

Sprints

Sprints are the best thing for mitochondria, they increase mitochondrial density in cells. The more mitochondria you have in a cell, the better the cell functions and won't die out. Do you know that the effects of a sprint can be felt even after two days in the body?

Supplements

Supplements that trigger weight loss are the best to take because they also trigger autophagy or mitophagy. I can name berberine and rhodiola rosea. Supplements don't replace medicine in any way. Cells can behave weird over life time, so it's advised to fix their behaviour with real medicine. Hopefully one day we can buy weight loss pills or autophagy inducers as easily and worry free as we buy paracetamol for a cold today.

Sleep

Getting a good strong mattress is the best thing you can do to have deep sleep. Make sure to drink one long coffee or one energy drink (limit yourself to one for health reasons) before noon so you can fall asleep naturally.

Strength training

Installing a pull up bar is the free alternative to paying a gym membership. You can improve your leg muscles by walking or sprinting and for the rest of your body a pull up bar does wonders.

Fasting

My longest fast was 69 hours when I first discovered the Zero app. My favorite way of fasting is to repeat 36 hours until I see noticeable weight loss. I often do OMAD along with a carnivore diet to provide all nutrients.
