🍁 John J. Oh, really? I'm still formalising it in my head; haven't even finished my first run-through. But I'm under no illusions about how tough it's going to be to implement! Are you still making progress?

Huw I'm going to have another run through soon I think. The bit I found most difficult was actually making sure there is enough time blocked in for deep work. I'm in a hybrid between the manager and creator time patterns so finding opportunities are difficult.
