Doom Why does a video codec company need its own font? Oh, for our internal tech doc! That makes sense. Our CEO/President (same person) thinks he's president of his own republic. Why not print our own passports, mint our own currency? !

Doom The always-late gang won't work late/weekends, even if needed. Ionix actually had to hire new people, like 20 new staff members, because everyone is pissed off at the company for counting their lunch minutes, etc.

Doom I've worked at Janix for 15 years and survived dozens of lay-offs, name changes, restructurings, rebrandings, etc. We went from Janix to Eonix to Ionix, through tons of logos, new management, etc, but things rarely change.
