1. I've been lucid dreaming for as long as I can remember. 2. It didn't take very long, but I remember ~waking up in the morning but staying in bed for a while trying to keep the dream alive for as long as I could. 3. Some movies that I find helped would be "The Butterfly Effect" from 2004 and "Inception". I found my dreams to be boosted after watching them. 4. From the start, lucid dreaming was more of a way to cheat during my dreams. More on that if you reply to this.
