HTML is the API and open to all web crawlers. Each page is a stream of replies including UTC timestamp. You can convert it to JSON, RSS, XML, etc. That being said, the message was just a Las Vegas reference. :)

I figured, my re was only half-serious. Probably should have added something to make that more obvious :). I actually started crawling the site so I could get notifications :)
