An enhanced Sublevel profile with a CV part will be much more useful for both job seekers and companies. A modern, futuristic CV will only need experiences: either at a school or at a company. Experiences will be easy to implement and use since they are only text and metadata. Conversations might become more focused on this new Sublevel and might attract new, interesting people to the platform.
