Eh, not so great, but since this wasn't a clean install I was anticipating some issues. Probably going to do a clean install in a few weeks when I have some downtime since I don't need Homebrew for the projects I've got coming.

I had no problems with Homebrew with the final version of Yosemite. Installing the latest version of Command Line Tools (6.1) is a must.

Good to hear that! Maybe Command Line Tools is the reason why I had no problem. As soon as 'clang is missing' error popped up, I went straight to App Store to look for updates. :D
