John Olinda Throughout the day I had a crippling migraine. It got to the point that I couldn't even sit up by the time I got home from work. I rested for three hours and it went away, and now I can't sleep at all.

John Olinda Not really sure. Could have been tension related I guess? But I've not had one anything like that before so I don't know. I used to get pretty frequent migraines a few years back but they now seem like minor inconveniences after this.
