Mark Dain I'm trying to install Ubuntu on my Mac Mini but it keeps booting to a BusyBox/intramfs command line. The same SD card boots on my MacBook Air just fine, and I can try the Live CD mode. Does anyone know if the Fusion Drive could be the cause? Should I try to break it apart (can be done in the terminal apparently). I'm not sure what to do about this.
John Olinda Is it the Apple fusion drive or a third-party one?

Mark Dain Fusion Drive, I just deleted the Core Storage partitions from both disks, leaving the EFI and recovery partitions alone. I hope this doesn't break anything.
