Martijn Note about Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11) keyboard layouts: the old U.S. Extended is now called ABC Extended. If you are a heavy user of diacritics, that's the "Input Source" you want to be using.

Martijn Not that I have been able to find. It took me long enough to figure out I needed ABC Extended in the first place.
