Adam Douglas What do you mean? Most 19-packs of cigs I've smoked have stipulated that they contain 19 cigs on the side.

Eric Yes, but when you're served the packet you ask for 20. I know almost zilch about this side of the law, it was just a thought. People are still surprised that their "20" packs really only have 19 when it's pointed out.
