Eric Anyone know much about sound within the browser? I've dabbled with audio synth before in JS (program for making coded broadcast) but I'd like to make a virtual violin using d3, all on paper but the audio and musical ear is something I lack :(

Eric That's what I've played with before, just I've little knowledge of actual musical notation and theory. That and Midi support within browsers is sketchy at best, what few libraries there are they're very heavy and the learning curves are steep.
