🦿 Lucian Marin What's wrong with Apple and trash can design? HomePod could have a boxy or squarish design with round corners to fit better in home corners. It could have 4 microphones instead of 6 and 4 tweeters instead of 7 to reduce cost. It could have a square display just like the Apple Watch and run watchOS. I see lots of missed opportunities with this device, especially using it as a wireless router.

☕ David Antoine I've had the same reaction... Doubling it with a wireless router would have been nice, that's a good idea... Or why not merging it with the Apple TV? :) I don't know if that thing will do well compared to the Amazon Echo or Google Home.
