Ice oh man, overwork during WFH is so real. I find there's no physical sense of an on/off switch like there is when you have to commute.

⚫ Aaron YES EXACTLY. A few other things I noticed that helped me maintain balance: seeing others eating lunch encouraged me to, and seeing people taking walks/calls around campus.
