Anatasof Wirapraja Is it just me or does OSX El-Capitan Public Preview is even faster and more stable than Yosemite?

Mark Dain It's not hard to be more stable than Yosemite. I had daily lock ups and frequent kernel panics. Is it more stable (or as stable as) Mavericks? That's the important metric.

Anatasof Wirapraja I guess i need to give it a shot for a couple days or maybe 1 week to be safe to say wether it's more stable than (or as stable as) Mavericks. I'm curious, i never had a kernel panic on Yosemite until now but i'll be pissed more than you if it happens on my rmbp lol

Mark Dain I have a lot of patience as I've been using Macs since Lion. They've always been reliable. I've never dealt with any serious issues until Yosemite came along. Eventually I lost my patience and downgraded to Mavericks. I'm now very cautious about installing El Capitan and I might wait a few weeks after public release to see if anyone is reporting issues online.
