It's hardware based and a completely isolated solution. It doesn't have anything to do with bank software or network. There are millions of ATMs in the cities and they can make our lives better. They can even limit access to their customers only, since they're already paying for banking services. Since most ATMs are positioned outside buildings, they can provide good wireless signal with zero interferences.

In that case putting Wi-Fi in every bank would be a good start? But I don't get why you'd want more free Wi-Fi when rolling out 4G seems like a better solution?
