Mark Dain It's 11. Still waiting for the engineer from Openreach to visit. I have a feeling I may be here all day.
Eric Openreach, as in BT? I remember having OpenReach as the provider of our dial-up (remember that!?) waaayyyyy back when you could make the loading symbol on Windows a block of cheese slowly being eaten.

Mark Dain Openreach is basically the 'backend' of BT; it's the company responsible for maintaining BT's infrastructure. Someone came over to install the little fibre modem. They only maintain the pipes but A&A give me internet. It's strange how all this fits together somehow.
