Mark Dain Reinstall didn't work. As far as I can tell, GD and PHP's Exif stuff is broken on Linux. My scripts work perfectly fine locally

Martijn ImageMagick. And if you don't have the PHP ImageMagick extension it should still work using exec(). That's how I did a part of image processing when I interned at indexhibit.org

Mark Dain I just went to Sublevel now to say what took me *2 fucking days* to get right with GD (and even then it had weird bugs I couldn't track down) -- literally under 5 minutes in ImageMagick. If I cut a lot of features I wanted, I can have this out by tomorrow. Just in time! I think I can squeeze in h-feed/h-entry if I give up trying to get the extract-GPS-from-EXIF to work
