🦿 Lucian Marin I don't think those numbers are accurate. You should try the same workout with Runkeeper on your iPhone. GSP tracking is way more accurate (distance, speed).

Mark Dain I don't think the Apple Watch has GPS -- doesn't it use your iPhone? I went cycling with my phone so it should have used sensors on both. I could try calibrating but in the end, losing weight is all that matters. The numbers are just there for a bit of motivation

😀 Tom Damn! That's a great start! I'm just concerned that you don't start too hard because you'll either injure youself, or not be able to sustain it without working up to that level.

Mark Dain Thanks! Yeah it was a decent speed and I did work up a sweat but it wasn't bad for me. I could (and will) do that route again. Ideally I want to find some gyms that are open late at night as the biggest issue I can see is I don't get home till 7 PM and a lot of places are closed by then :( there's few places I can to cycling in my town and I don't want to get bored of the same route all the time.
