Mark Dain Does anyone else feel like they have no time? I seem to spend all my life working or sleeping nowadays, it's kinda depressing

Simon Janes 1. Live below your means. That means saying "No" to time commitments in excess of your budget. I know your budget... its about 4-hours a day of sustained mental focus. Beyond that the quality of thought falters. 2. Pay yourself first. 3. Make your time work for you. Is it benefiting you? If not, why are you doing _that?_ 4. Diversify your use of time. Don't obsess. How do you know you're obsessed? Track your use of time. 5. Challenge yourself. It's okay to pay someone else to do the easy stuff for you--yesterday's challenge to you may be today's challenge for them.

🌈 Thomas Rosen Yes, I know that. My approach is to do something I would also do in my free time, with people I like. So it's more relaxing to work than not to.
