Even some of the better responsive websites end up quite annoying to use when the virtual keyboard pops up and can get in the way; with a physical keyboard, this problem is eliminated. Mostly I prefer physical keyboards because there's no lag. This is a more significant issue on Android, but even on iOS there can be a moment or two before the keyboard actually appears, whereas on a BlackBerry you're just ready to go. I also type very quickly and a physical keyboard can keep up, while virtual keyboards sometimes hold me back a bit.

Adam Douglas I'm tempted by the BlackBerry Classic though it seems quite big. What I like the most about my BlackBerry Curve is that it's tiny and discrete, a little email/SMS/calls machine that doesn't bother me unless it's important.
